That's why we dedicated November to Digital Capacity Building and addressed Digital Skills in our two-part series starting with this Digital Skills Knowledge Webinar with Susan Teltscher, Head of the Capacity and Digital Skills Division at ITU who shared a recap of the key themes and insights from this years Digital Skills Forum and introduced the updated Digital Skills Toolkit.
