BI practitioners from the OECD will provide an introduction to BI and lessons learned from case studies around the world. It will include a range of topics such as education, environment, public health, and implementation reform with references to research from the OECD reports on “Delivering Better Policies Through Behavioural Insights" and “Tools and Ethics for Applied Behavioural Insights: The BASIC Toolkit”
