Now in its third year, the annual Capacity Assessment explores the state of organizational capabilities and cultures across over 50 UN System entities to help leaders and their teams understand organizational strengths, challenges, and how to support improvements. This year's edition puts a particular focus on data and digital topics, in addition to innovation. The annual mapping is designed and run by the Office of the Secretary-General, in collaboration with UNIN and the CEB Secretariat, to support progress on cross-cutting capabilities for a 'next-generation UN'. Kersten Jauer from the Executive Office of the Secretary-General (EOSG) will share key insights and answer any questions.
