#360 Diagnostics Tool for Tech Start-Ups

This website is an easy to use online platform that facilitates the international rollout of the #360Diagnostics startup assessment methodology developed by the International Trade Centre’s Tech Sector Development team. This bilingual (English and French) platform is used to assess the maturity and the internationalisation readiness of tech start-ups. The platform consists of a set of tools created to assess different areas of concern to tech start-up founders, such as growth obstacles, strategic direction, talent management, and internationalisation roadmap. A scoring engine automatically calculates the scores of the assessed startups and displays the data in an aggregated and visual manner, making clusters and ecosystem-wide analysis possible. #360Diagnostics has already been deployed in 10 African countries (Uganda, Senegal, Gambia, Benin, Côte d’Ivoire, Mali, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Tanzania, Zambia). For quality control purposes, access to this platform is only possible within ITC’s Tech Sector Development project work.
