UNify HR: An interagency GenAI Solution for HR

UNify HR is an AI-driven chatbot that streamlines HR policy inquiries across 13 UN organisations, including IAEA, ICAO, IOM, ITU, UNAIDS, UNDP, UNESCO, UNHCR, UNICEF, UNOPS, UNRWA, UN Women, and WFP. Developed in partnership by UNHCR and UNICC, UNify HR leverages GPT-4 technology and Azure OpenAI services to answer HR policy questions, compare practices across organizations, and assist HR professionals with creating summaries, translations, and responses to emails. This collaborative project enhances knowledge-sharing by scanning a shared repository of HR documents and policies, allowing users to filter by specific agencies for tailored insights.
