Ensuring quality higher education during public emergencies: Chinese Universities' e-learning capacity building experience in coping with COVID-19 (WSIS TalkX)

Universities and educational institutions around the world are facing great challenges in terms of securing the well-being of their students and staff while continuing with curriculums as COVID-19 unfolds. Capacity building in coping with public emergencies is indubitably at the top of the agenda for universities to rethink the role that e-learning plays in higher education by integrating remote technology with pedagogical approaches.
