Since the release of the Secretary-General's Roadmap for Digital Collaboration, there has been increased interest in digital public goods. But what are they and why do they matter?

This webinar - run in collaboration with the Digital Public Goods (DPG) Alliance - discusses the origin, impact and use of digital public goods and how open source projects can help attain the SDGs. The webinar also introduced the concept of DPGs with tangible, real-world examples and the Digital Public Goods Alliance, which is working to promote DPGs.
