Custom GPTs in Action

Custom GPTs can lead a transformative shift in how the UN manages workflows, communication, and knowledge production. This webinar will showcase how these AI-driven tools can be tailored to meet the unique needs of UN teams and individuals without requiring advanced IT skills or coding expertise. From personal assistants to tools that enable seamless team collaboration, custom GPTs adapt to a wide range of user requests and output formats, making them ideal for diverse UN audiences. During the session, we explored how these versatile AI solutions streamline processes, enhance decision-making, and ensure alignment with UN standards. We presented practical examples of various GPTs, including the UN Style GPT, UN Women’s Humanitarian Hub GPT, and other GPTs examples, to highlight their broad applications. Participants also received a step-by-step guide on creating their own custom GPTs, empowering non-technical users to produce consistent, quality outputs efficiently and creatively. The webinar also cover important considerations around the limitations of custom GPTs, including security and privacy aspects, ensuring these tools are both effective and secure for UN use. The session was led by Emad Karim, Advocacy & Innovation Coordinator at UN Women Regional Office in Asia and the Pacific, the developer of the UN Style GPT and UN Women’s Ai School.
